Are all products ready to ship?
🧾 No – all of our products are made to order. This includes our full range of tabletop gaming base toppers and basing bits. Every item is freshly printed, cleaned, and carefully packaged just for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
📦 All orders are shipped within 14 days or less from the time of purchase.
We aim to dispatch sooner where possible, but please allow for that maximum window as each product is made with care and precision.
How do you ship orders?
✉️ We ship all items via Royal Mail using secure, protective packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we'll always notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Are the base toppers and basing bits pre-painted?
🖌 All base toppers and basing bits are delivered unpainted so you can theme them perfectly to your miniatures or gaming army.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If you have any issue at all — from a damaged item to a missing order — please don’t worry. Simply visit our Contact Page and we’ll get back to you ASAP to make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
🛑 Orders can only be cancelled or altered within the first 24 hours. After that, production may already be underway. If you need help, use our Contact page right away.
